Welcome to our third quarterly newsletter! Every 3 months, we recap what we have been up to and what our customers can look forward to in the upcoming quarter. Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list so you never miss out!
Animals on the Farm
We are excited to welcome Milkshake and Brisket to the farm! These 2 angus heifers are still quite shy and in a separate pasture from our other cows until all 4 are comfortable with each other.
New Products & Services
This past quarter was a busy one! We've added 7 new products.
Beef Shares: Beef shares will be available in May 2025. Get your deposits in now to ensure your portion!
Pork Lard: Rendered from our very own pork fat, this pork lard is perfect for baking and skin care! Be on the lookout for new products using pork lard this upcoming quarter.
Apple Bread: Our apple bread is perfectly spiced and has a crunchy crust for maximum flavor.
Salsa Verde: This delicious salsa made with tomatillos, peppers, and onions is a tasty enchilada base.
Applesauce: Apples and cinnamon are a classic fall flavor. Welcome in the new season with some, served warm or cold!
Garden Salsa: Our garden salsa includes all the fall veggies including tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, and squash. It's a sure win at your next gathering!
Fall Collection Candles: Our new collection sold quickly at our last farmers market. Featuring Apple Pie and Vanilla scents, be on the lookout for the next drop!

Upcoming Events
This upcoming quarter is a fun one with all the holidays! Catch us at the Cottage Grove Holiday Market, November 23rd from 10 - 4 at the Cottage Grove Armory. We will have holiday gifts, breads, and canned goods.
We are also thrilled to announce a new avenue for Thrifty Thursday items, watch our social media pages and your emails for an official announcement in the coming weeks!
Anniversary
This October marks 1 year in business! We are so appreciative of all the support we have received and will receive as we continue this endeavor. To show our thanks, we have a basket giveaway with 4 of our canned goods. Any order of $10 or more placed in the month of October will automatically be entered to win!
