We don't often accept returns as each product is perishable and/or unique. However, if there are any issues with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right!

As we typically do not accept returns, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Once items are shipped, they are the responsibility of the shipping company. If there is a shipping issue, let us know and we will contact the shipping company.

The shipping company is responsible for all packages, please contact them about your missing item(s).

Tracking numbers will be displayed in your order shipped confirmation email.

We strive to use eco-friendly packaging where possible. Currently, we ship in recyclable cardboard boxes with paper honeycomb filler OR with recycled packaging from local businesses. Please recycle according to your area's options.

We can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Send us an email and will let you know your options!

We deliver locally to zip code 97424 and a 15 mile radius for a small fee. If your zip code is not one of these but you consider yourself local, send us an email and we will let you know your options!

The pickup address and instructions will be on your confirmation email. Please be respectful of pickup times as we live on the farm. Please do not come up to the house - we may have sleeping kiddos!

We offer free delivery on qualifying orders over $45 to Cottage Grove and surrounding areas within 15 miles.

Orders placed before Wednesdays at 11:59 PST will be delivered to your porch the next business Friday between 12 pm & 7 pm.
